Below is detailed information for voting in Kurt Vonnegut’s home state of Indiana and specifically in Indianapolis (Marion County), home of the Kurt Vonnegut Museum and Library:
For the state’s primary election rescheduled for June 2, 2020, the Indiana Election Commission voted to allow anyone the option to vote by mail without a reason due to the COVID-19 health emergency.
On April 13, the Indianapolis City Council voted to provide funding to mail applications and ballots to voters for the June primary as well as the general election in November.

Applications Must Be Received by Tuesday, June 2, 2020 at Noon
- Mail Your Completed and Signed Vote-By-Mail Absentee Ballot* no later than seven days prior to the noon deadline of June 2, 2020 – so no later than May 26, 2020. Mail to: 3737 E. Washington St., Indianapolis, IN 46201.

HOW TO VOTE IN PERSON PRIOR TO THE JUNE 2 PRIMARY
